Fairplay Rules & Regulations

Read the displayed market

Check the sport, event, start time, selection and market status together. A dash means no price was supplied. Blue and pink distinguish Back and Lay sides; neither color is a recommendation.

Game rules and variations

Deck counts, wheel formats, drawing rules and tournament conditions can differ. Use the individual guide and the rules for the specific variant rather than assuming a familiar name guarantees identical play.

Indian legal framework

India’s Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 and Rules effective 1 May 2026 prohibit online money games and related promotion, facilitation and payment processing. A foreign licence alone does not override this central prohibition.

Licence verification

Check the licensed legal entity, current licence number, issuer and documented domain coverage. A badge or an old master-licence number does not establish current authorization for a different website.
